 NO support
I purchased this product 2 days ago. The licence key the vendor e-mailed me did not work. So I could not activate the program. I have sent 3 e-mails to the vendor. To date I have had no response to my e-mails. From other reviews I have picked up that there are numerous other clients who cannot raise a response from 123PDFCoverter support. Had I known this before I bought I would have purchased from this company.

123 disappointment
I did download, install and attempt to use. The pdf files that I wanted to convert appeared as a blank page on the initial attempt. Since I could not get the second page to convert then I was out of luck. It is difficult to judge performance from a blank page. I then decided that I would buy the download. Guess what? Your site for the purchase would not open. The problem is at your site as I verified that my system was working when I place an item in my shopping cart at another location and processed out. I would still like to have a pdf to word file converter but I wasted a lot of time that I do not have trying to get your product already. Maybe a complimentary download/use is in order?
